Went to this place today the worst customer service ever they were talking and laughing with each other while there was a long... line of customers in front of them. They were acting like it was their home kitchen i specially told the guy to put extra saucein the burger but it was still the same. Garbage bin. This is the worst Popeyes I?ve been? It?s not busy at all but the tables are not cleaned. There are still grease and crumbs on... the table. Plus the chicken is very dry, and they say there?s only one spice level? which isn?t spicy at all I scroll throughthe review section and apparently there are a lot of customers have the SAME EXPERIENCE with me. I had the new fish sandwich with my friend. As I expected they were dropping a fresh fish since not many people order it. I... also ordered the Sunday special with fries and mac and cheese. My friend did not finish his sandwich since it was over cooked. Ialso went to get my drink field again but they were understaffed so I left with out getting my second drink . The manager washandling food while he accepted cash from someone and he did not wash his hand since he was the only person on the line. Iworked at a Wendy's and I know the struggle with bossy managers . The staff were very kind and helpful. It is not the stafffault as they only follow what the manager tells them to do . I bought three pieces chicken bonafide, one of the pieces had a rotten smell. I called the store to let them know to avoid more... complains, but the guys never answered (tried 5 times). I cannot post the smell, just a picture of the rotten piece. Read more

Read Original Review down below! UPDATE (a few weeks later since Original Posted Review) After trying the new Popeyes Chicken... Sandwich the day it came out, we've had it a few other times since because we just couldn't get over how good it was. NOW... Ineed to say... We've eaten them from 2 locations, but since trying it on the opening day itself we've noticed our sandwiches tobe noticibly smaller, and less overall WOWWING than that 1 day. We have found it strange and end up referencing the pics we tookon opening day of "what was", this giant impressive luscious bundle of perfection, and now, although still delicious, it justlooks kind of like a meh average chicken sandwich overall and in size. Seems kind of shady and makes me question if Popeyesshould score lower for being dishonest. The New Chicken Sandwich is a 10/5! It's so unexpectedly CRISPY on the outside andinside is super thick, juicy and flavorful pure white meat. Pickles are thick cut and compliment the sandwich really well andit's served on a brioche like bun. Popeyes in general is pretty good bang for your buck, some items are better than others as inmost places. But if you haven't tried the new chicken sandwich yet, you really really should!
