I ordered the Family Meal for $31.99+tax in store and the cashier was extremely rude and billed me the incorrect amount. I paid... using my Visa and pointed out that the amount charged was incorrect. She blamed me saying that it was my fault because I didn?torder the Pizelle cookies and potato wedges that already come with the deal/combo. She also paid me the difference in Cash whenI had paid using my Visa. Ridiculous! Will never order from this location every again. Incompetent staff that are also veryrude. She was super kind to all other customers that came in afterwards. We also waited ages for our food which I think was donedeliberately because customers who ordered after us were served first. I had ordered pizza online from this store for many times So far I am satisfied with their services. I just want to share... unpleasant experience today. I told the server or pizza maker that he forgot to give me dipping sauce in my last order. Heresponded that they had over thousand of clients every day and he did not remember that incident and then he just walked away.it is just $0.99 dipping sauce. This is so impolite. I do like their pizza but he is not treating a loyal customer with aproper manner. Read more
Ordered a campo plant pizza from this location today. I wrote out the name of the pizza as well, but somehow my pizza only had... plant based pepperoni and regular cheese on it instead of what was displayed on the menu: plant based pepperoni, spinach andmushrooms. I was charged $25 for this order. I acknowledge my own negligence to check the order, but as a customer I would havethought the employees were aware of their own menu. Very disappointed and dissatisfied when I have ordered at this locationbefore with no issues. Though it may be a once time error, I believe there will be quite a bit of hesitation to return to thislocation and perhaps will order from another store in the future. Read more
