Lousy service, I was today at 8 pm and the lady threw the hamburger bag at my son. When my son sat down at the table he... realized that that was not his order so we went back to get the order and the rude lady took the package that I gave my son,took the product out of the bag and returned it to put in the kitchen for re-delivery. Worst one around. So slow. I paid .50 cents more to upgrade a medium to large fries for my children and when I got home, (I... swear I did not eat any!), it was not full, practically the same size as medium and the fries weren't even cooked all the way. Idon't know why I bother to expect something good out of this location. Read more
Witnessed A store manager which the lady in a position of power turned an customer takeout into a public bullying, verbally... abusive, intimidating, deflamation of character situation to deflect from the real issue which the poor quality items they servethe customer was complaining about what a shame. Unfortunately I experienced the most worst service at this McDonald's. I witnessed the old lady store manager shout aggressively... on customers and threatening for no reason. I haven't met any workers in food industry who is worsen than her. McDonald shouldcheck this place and make some changes. Read more
Unhygienic premise and unorganized staff even when there were 4 people behind the counter. And most of all is the garbage cart... that kept lying in the eating area. We were there for around 30 mins and that cart kept lying with bees flying all over it andthe surroundings. Read more
Waited 10 minutes for a tea while this guy made a fresh pot of coffee for the guy he had just taken the order from. (I ordered... a. XL) at every place I?ve been to I?ve received two tea bags in an XL, that?s why you need to pay more for it when you use thestickers/card. When I asked him ?doesn?t it come with two?? He scoffed and said ?it always has ONE?. I asked ?why am I payingmore then? For the water?? He rolled his eyes and said ?ok Karen? so I just left when he wanted to get the manager. Terrible slow service...BY DESIGN. McDonald's went from fast food for customers to fast profits for owners. To be clear, they... are not busy JUST UNDERSTAFFED and its on purpose. Keeping payroll low equals higher profits. Read more
