Used to love coming here and wanted to remember how good it was so decided to go out on a whim? we walked in the store and got... ignored by both staff members. After ordering and asking if they still take stamp cards, the cashier replied that it was alreadypaid for and can only add points for my stamp in a rude manner. I don?t understand the logic there, you were manually adjustingthe points to account for my stamp but couldn?t add in for the icecream that were JUST paid for? The most frustrating part wasthat the icecream was served melted and they cheaped out on the toppings. Also disappointing that our strawberries and brownieswere huge chunks not mixed in the icecream which is the whole point of marble slab?!? I?m appalled by the service and productdelivered at this location, I will never be returning back. These teens need to have some respect or else they should just losetheir jobs and work at McDonald?s to learn basic customer service skills. Read more

I have gone in multiple times to this location as my daughter loves Marble Slab. The last 3 times we have gone, I?ve had a... disappointed kid leave without ice cream as they never seem to have strawberries to mix in the ice cream. The worst part is wewait in line for over 15 mins and it?s only when we let them know what we want is when we are told they don?t have them. Maybea sign would be better to inform the customers of what you have run out of. Also, there is a Walmart in the same plaza, Idon?t see why one of the employees couldn?t go purchase some from there. I was quite excited when I saw this location as I didn't know there was one there. I wasn't greeted by either of the youth staff... working there. Once I decided what I wanted and looking very forward to it I stood at the counter waiting for the staff to getup from sitting on the counter texting on his phone. When he relectunatly acknowledged me with a head nod (no words) I asked formy ice cream. Dragging his feet, he put my ingredients on the slab, mixed it in and voila - my Marble Slab ripple on a wafflecone! As soon as it was in my hand it was already melting. The ice cream was soft. After about 3 min I could no longer eat itbecause it was near liquid. I tossed it, a complete waste. Most Marble Slabs are not like this, what they do at this location isthey keep the temperature of the ice cream warmer so that it is softer and easier to mix with the other ingredients you want.Normally it takes quite a bit of effort to mix hard cold ice cream, by keeping the temperature warmer in the coolers they don'thave to exert as much effort. Based on the attitude of the staff there it didn't surprise me. In retrospect I should have askedfor my money back. Don't go to this Marble Slab, but don't let it keep you away from going to Marble Slab which is normally adelicious, creamy treat (at over $6 for a serving it should be)! Read more

The owner of this franchise should really be embarrassed. The recent reviews are absolutely accurate with respect to the... cleanliness of the store (or lack there of). Employees are sitting on the counters, the store itself is very dirty, and I wasserved melted ice cream in a cone after the employee put his bare hands all over it. I was really grossed out the more Iprocessed what I experienced and ended up throwing my ice cream away. The owner/manager of this franchise should really takemore pride in their store. This location used to be excellent but seems to be a product of negligence now. Sad. Read more

Directing this to the owner... One of your staff dropped the ice cream scooper on the floor, then picked it up like nothing... happened. He asked what id like and I responded with, your going to clean that, right? He then said I did, I rinsed it. Whichwas impossible considering I was standing right there. I guess he got confused. He then took the dirty utensil and rinsed it inthe bowl with the other utensils. I asked him politely to use soap. It seemed like a big deal, so I asked just not to use thoseutensils. He then put them back in the rinse bowl and got new items. Anyhow. Pretty gross. You have children running your storeand you should have someone there to better represent you.
