Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Cheap & delicious drinks (definitely try the mojito) and the food was pretty good too.... Let me just start off by saying. I've never posted a review but I wanted to go out of my way and make sure I leave one here. My... boyfriend and I found this spot just by chance and now it's our absolute FAVORITE. We even came by twice in the same day. Thevibe is immaculate, the food is so good and cheap! Don't even get me started on the daily specials. We've tried many differentthings on the menu and everything is always just perfect! You definitely won't be disappointed. Disappointing quality for the pork cutlet. It was really thin & dry. The rice was really low quality than I expected. However,... the pork belly sandwich was decent, a bit greasy than what I would like but still okay. The jerk pork tacos was prettyflavourful but wish it had a better tortilla. Every couple of weeks I work in Thornhill, so a while back I found this hidden jewel in a small plaza and decided to have drink... and a pleasant chat with one of the owners. So today I decided to have lunch this time and WOW, tasty as ever. What a treat. Theoctopus and tempura battered balls were to die for. I also had the Adobo Lemeongrass chicken plate and I left stuffed to theprime. Too bad I had to head back to work. What a cool place, good vibe and good eats. Highly recommended. What an absolute gem of a find! This place was one of my all time favourite restaurants to order takeout when we couldn’t dine... in because of the pandemic. I finally dined in over the weekend (we went back 2 days in a row) and absolutely loved the serviceand the food! We got the land & sea platter, pork belly fries, pork chop with rice, pork belly sandwhich and takoyako. I haveabsolutely no complaints about any of the food! Everything was so delicious! Read more
This is probably one of my new favourite places to go. The food is amazing, they have a variety of options and there’s so much... flavour and they make everything nice and fresh. The employees are all super nice, especially Will, he was so great to us. Theyhave a variety of options for beers and shots. They even have premium “bomb” shots which are SO good. The prices are soreasonable too. I wish I took more pictures of the food but it was all too yummy! Read more
I ordered the stir fry beef and jerk taco for delivery. Everything arrived well packaged but it is a little hard for me to... describe what kind of food this exactly is but it can be best described as Asian fusion I suppose. The stir fry beef wasabsolutely amazing, it was tender despite giving the appearance of something tough and the jerk tacos were pretty good too.Would order again. Read more
