Horrendous. I got two mini Blizzard's, about $6-7 each. Seriously people. They were super watery and the candy pieces were... microscopic. It was a mcflurry at best. But the worst part was the horrible customer service. The manager himself not onlyrefused compensation but actually yelled at us for complaining, claiming the blizzards were mostly eaten (they were melted to aliquid). He was extremely condescending. Be aware if you have coupon they do not authorize if you have 2 coupons per family. No where on the coupon is this stated. The... workers were told not to accept more than one coupon. So if you plan on taking a drive at this location don?t bother. I willcertainly pass this on to friends and relatives in the neighborhood. Very bad customer service and disappointing. Read more

A kid spilled his Icecream on the floor, he wasn?t offered a lid or a tray To begin with and tried to open a very heavy door... himself ( no help offered) the kid cleaned the floor himself. The manager didn?t think it?s a good idea to offer customerservice and offer even a smaller version of same ice cream. He was busy to blame the kid for dropping it himself. Noresponsibility taken. zero service, not the first time. The mother tried to explain his side to the manager but he just repeatedhis version of story that it was the kid fault not to ask for a lid or a tray. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I decided I wanted something not too sugary so I ordered a mango ???? pineapple ????... smoothie thinking it was gonna be made with real fruit... But the staff just got a box of juice, poured some juice into theblender, added a bunch of ice, blended it and that was my smoothie ????????? like seriously... Very poor customer service, doesn't let me use debit under $10. Nonsense!!! The person who took my order, probably the owner,... was chewing on his pizza while taking my order, I can even see the food stuck in between his tooth. Disgusting!!!!
