No issues with the ice cream but I don't know who it is- the manager or owner or associate, whoever it is she's consistently... rude and unhappy to help customers. We also stopped ordering cake from her a month ago because she yells at you when she can'thear you. We are all wearing masks, I have to speak loudly, but she won't stop what she's doing to listen to you so obviouslyshe can't hear me well when I'm trying to give my cake order. So now we order cakes from another location. We still went forscoops but she was always rude and we can't take it anymore, stingy with the Sundae toppings and rude, forget it we go somewhereelse. Extremely Happy & Satisfied with this location. They?re very generous on their servings and give you a great big scoop. Tonight I went to store. There was a sign saying that because of Covid 19, only 3 people will be allowed in the store. When I... was there I saw 11 people were in the store. I complainted and she (owner) laughed at me and allow more people to come into thestore. What an ignorant attitude. She is not caring about me, my daughter and her employees. What a shame. It's been 6 weeks and they still dont have any milk to make the milkshakes even though Sobeys is in the same plaza. Service is... very poor. Previous low rating about service is true. Went to a Baskin-Robbins store today in Vaughan. The menu clearly says: "Smoothie, made with Banana" (and maybe other fruit, on... the next line), and it costs $5.99 for a Regular, so I ask for one with, well- the first choice offered- Banana. The next thingI hear is a woman standing next to my server (manager?) saying: "Banana is an extra dollar"... 1. Where is it written? I don'tsee it on the menu. 2. Banana is the first choice on the menu. Not even close to an "extra option". It's not the extra dollarbut the principle of charging almost 20% than what is written on the menu. Is that even legal? We made an order for bday cake on Friday for Sunday (more than 24 hrs in advance). I came in person to this store to ensure that... they get all the details correct. Fully paid for custom design. When we came to pick up cake on Sunday the lady in store saidshe does not have cake. She told us that she does not have our order even though we showed her fully paid order/ invoice fromFriday.
