Listen to what your customer is ordering. Often my order is screwed up if language barrier is a problem hire people who... understand and can speak english. Ok?To begin with I ordered the new vanilla cold brew?omg?How is it still on the menu? That drink was not even drinkable?It was... tasting like a strong old coffee with milk and ice! It was not tasting like vanilla one bit! I will never ever order this drinkagain! ???? September 6, 2022 I return today for an other try? The girl at the drive thru sounded in a hurry to finish as fastas she could. I start ordering as i am done saying « a coffee » she goe: « THAT?S IT? »? I wasn?t even done about mycoffee! She kept on going with the question « that?s it? » after each things i said? After finishing about the ice cap iordered i get it with a drop of whip cream?I mean normally we got the top of the ice cap covered?and my ice cap wasnt to thelimit of the cup it normally get served as « full » and that drop looking like a simple flower made of whip cream lookedlike a rushed ice cap?.and the coffee?it tasted like a watered up coffee? It's funny that the website states "We can't wait to serve you" because the opposite is true. Walk in and you are ignored. After... 4-5 people completely ignoring me and waiting 5 minutes FINALLY the assigned personnel for the "order desk" appeared. Lots wrongwith this scenario. The 4-5 people perhaps could have stepped up and taken my order OR retrieved the person on the "order desk"to come from the back and take my order. They need to learn that a customer is paying their wages. Perhaps the owner should readthese reviews. Read more
To be fair, this is based on one visit (we were from out of town), so my rating could have been reflective of an off day rather... than the usual. It looks like a convenient and busy location. Several things in our order got mixed up, even though we saw thedetails punched in at the register. For example, we ordered a breakfast meal (breakfast sandwich, hash brown, drink) that endedup missing the sandwich. Because it was so busy in the store and at the drive thru, it took forever to get the sandwich weoriginally wanted. An iced black coffee we ordered also ended up coming with sugar syrup in it. We had another group with us,and their order took a look time to be served as well. Read more
When i ask for dark roast, my wife who hates dark roast shouldn't be able to drink my coffee as if it were the watery... original. I know Tim hortons will replace dark roast orders with original in order to process orders faster however if I'm notgetting what I ordered regardless of wait, that's not good service. That's shady service and shady business. 90% of peoplearen't rushing through the drive through, and will wait for a fresh pot. -IF I WANTED ORIGINAL ID NOT BOTHER SPECIFYING THECOFFEE BEAN -as I said, my wife whom hates the taste of dark roast, drank my coffee and said it tastes like original (which tome tastes like bad water) And it's so obvious when you people do it to customers it's sickening. Sandwich - poor quality, roast beef dry and tasteless. I ordered a creme donut - three bites before I found some creme. Ordered... a tea tea with three cremes -came with NO CREMES! Had to ask for a service to, got one. I have been here before, same service,three bites until jelly in a jelly donut. Doubt I will return. Read more
This Tims is not great, but it?s not bad either. I think it?s the high staff turnover. Everytime I go I see new faces and they... always seem confused at the orders and the products that they carry. Guess it?s a training issue. I still go as staff arefriendly despite issues. Read more
