Me and my sister visited this restaurant September 30th 2022 and it was horrible service the food was cold by the time they... brought us our food. Kept having to ask the waitress for refills she would go ask other customers of they needed in thing and wewas sitting right there where she could see us and like I said very rude and acted like she didn't wanna serve us! Just left this restaurant. Nice waitress attentive Sandwich and hash browns were very good. HOWEVER, the entire low bar was... dirty including 2 of the 3 large booths. Count about the other side. This area stayed like this the entire time I was thereatleast until customers came and wanted the table clean. I saw the mgr once during my stay. She ne er checked the floor. Thecook was good but was not wearing g gloves on several occasions handling food and even having gloves in one hand while doing it.The kicker is the cook handled country ham (raw pork) at one poi t and then put gloves on without washing hands first. It was clean and the food was great as always as was the services we go at least once a wk.
Great waffle house, and our server was great, Daja. Fast service, so didn't have to wait long for food or drinks. Go here for... waffles and they always come out perfect. Even on busy days Daja would greet customers walking in, and it was nice to know theyknew we were there. Read more

Went to go eat , had 8 people with us. was told you can only sit 5 people to a booth , we did just that and sat the other three... at the bar top. we were all going to pay separately. got told we couldnt be served because we had more than 5 people. the ladynamed ?kay? with pink hair, kicked us out. was telling other customers we were harassing other customers and was supposedly?drunk.? may i add we were not. then they were telling others , we were harassing other customers that came up and talked to usthat werent being served. they were saying we were being loud when we walked in , but we no where near loud, we listened whenthey told us to back up so they could clean the table. other party of 7 walked in and told them they couldnt be served either.we had more than one person try and stand up for us , wondering why they wouldnt serve us. there was this gentleman who had tostand outside to wait for his to-go order because they would not let him sit inside and wait for it. we will not be returning tothis location. very poor service from every single one of the girls that were in there ?working.? all we were wanting was to sitdown and have some food before we ended our fun night that we were having. they straight up ruined it. 2 stars to Corporate. 5 stars for the service and food ..Corporate ought to be held accountable for this particular dilemma, ... Went in to get a meal. The place was steaming hot!!!! The air did not work and STILL the employees were at work with smiles.SHAME ON YOU CORPORATE, You have a great team over there and they were put in this situation. IF EVEN ONE EMPLOYEE GOT HEATSTROKE. ( ITS ON YOU ) !!!!!! GET YOUR AIR FIXED BEFORE YOU END UP IN COURT !!!! I should have walked out, however. Theemployees deserved the Tip. Read more
Only the one next to loves is the best waffle house very polite and sweet girls who take a lot on 3rd shift keep it up girls
