Great customer service great food the manager she's very perfect in being professional...
Service was slow at best. They got my order backwards at first. I upgraded my cajun rice to a large only to find when I got home... it was ALL dried out all the way through the container. The whole thing was dry. The rice was so old it was crunchy. Even thebits of meat were like chewing jerky. I cant believe they would serve a product so dried out and below standards. Food was up to expected standard. Staff: several seemed interested more in conversing with one another than attending to their... customers. Dined in, tried too give me my order without a tray...expected me to juggle our order to the table! Another staffmember saw and corrected their team member and provided a tray. Had to go back up and ask for napkins, hot sauce, honey,etc...asnone was provided / offered at the time of pickup nor was any available in the dining room. While dining the staff continued toloudly discuss their personal conversations ranging from one employee thinking higher education isn't necessary to be successful(ironic isn't it) and others comparing how much their car loans are a month.
