I've been a customer here for years now, in the last year or so it has went down hill badly, there seems to be a 15-20minute... wait 9/10 times I order here when it's highly advertised as "Hot n' Ready" the cashiers always seem to be in a horrible mood andhave an attitude. Honestly I only get pizza at this hole in the wall because of the price anymore, I usually order dominosinstead when I have the money to spare for better pizza and much better service. Read more

This is a review for 2022-6-18 not the one from a year ago. I want to shout out and commend Kayla and Nicholas for showing up... when everyone didn't. These two showed maturity and responsiblity not only by being there when they said they would but also byhandling the chaos others not as responsible created, with professionalism and grace. Ordered ahead of time. Kiosk has to be accessed by associate now for some reason instead of customers getting it themselves.... Waited 15 minutes to get my pizza that was ready and paid for. Uncalled for. Associates had a full argument right in front of meand 2 other customers inside. So unprofessional. I was also the only one ignored out of the 3. Food was under cooked and I will never come back. And it was stuck to the pizza box and it was burnt cheese on the side of a... pizza a lot. I get bad food alot from different places in Thomson but looking at it as I opened the box. I'm just done with thisplace. Read more
I don't know what is going on with Little Caesars in Thomson, but they need to get it together. I sat in line 10 minutes before... I got to the window only to be told they AREN'T taking orders! For the past few weeks they won't hardly ever answer when you tryto call and place an order. They started opening up at like 4 in the afternoon instead of when they are supposed to. PersonallyI don't want to spend my money in a place that operates like this. I'm taking my business elsewhere! Read more
Placed my order online an hour ahead of pickup, sat in the drive through for 36 minutes, was handed my order which was missing... my brownies and the sauce I had paid for. When I asked about it the girl working the window was very rude. I spent close to 50dollars here this trip and I frequently go there. They really need to do something about their rude employees or they're gonnalose more business than just mine. If you hate your job, stay home. Smh Read more
