You never really expect much when stopping at a Krystal?s. Just fresh steamed burgers. You will not get that at this location,... much the opposite will happen. Hard bread, meat that could have been cooked days before. You would be better off purchasingthe frozen burgers at a grocery store. May be time to shutdown this location or hire a new crew. Read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I?m so SICK of this Krystal?s. If I were the owner I would definitely get better staff... because they do not care what they serve people. And they NEVER PUT WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR IN THE BAG. I couldn?t finish myfood because I bit down on something really hard? I?m gunna guess it was a bone but it looked like a piece of a tooth in mychili on my junk yard fries. Which I do have a picture of. We don?t have a Krystal anywhere where we are in SC so we stop on ourway through because we love it. BUT IM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION. I?ve given this location 3 chances which I should?ve never done.These people are a joke? don?t waste ya money. Thanks Read more

Love those little burgers and they were perfect.. took my boss there.. he had never been.. He didn't say a word till he asked if... I could eat another round... we ate so much we didn't do anything the rest of the day. Read more

My family and I were traveling and decided to stop in for lunch...MISTAKE!! It started from the time we walked through the door... the bathrooms were disgusting. Then we get to the counter and who I believed to be the manager spoke to her employees so veryrudely. When she spoke to customers before us she laughed at the lady because she stated that she had not ordered yet. She left.Then it was our turn the manager yelled at the girl who started to take our order. Told her to count her drawer and told thekitchen to stop making food. Then told someone in the drive thru to take our order. So very disappointed in the way themanagement talk to her employees. I am in management and that is no way to talk to employees and/or customers alike. I know yourresponse will be sorry for your experience and hope you will come back. We did not eat there at all and most definitely will notstop there again. Manager needs to be reviewed for sure. Read more

Went through the drive thru on 7/1/22 around 9:40 pm. When we pulled in, we noticed the lights were off inside the restaurant,... but there was a person (employee, I presume) sitting at one of the tables on their phone. We didn?t plan on going insideanyways, so we continued to the drive thru where we sat patiently for someone to greet us on the speaker. This lasted for 15minutes. I guess whoever was inside thought we did not see them, which was not the case. After waiting there for about 10minutes (still no greeting through the intercom), I noticed a car drive around the restaurant, which I thought was someonesimply coming and going once they saw that no one was being served. While we continued to wait, I physically had to get out ofthe vehicle to tell OTHER customers who had pulled up behind us what was going on. Once I finally talked the person I was withinto leaving (I would have NEVER waited this long, but he really wanted Krystal), we drove around to leave which is when we sawthe car that had pulled around earlier, PARKED in front of the pick up window. We saw one person leaving from inside and theemployee who was ?working.? Apparently said employee only wants to cook for friends and hang out. I typically don?t postnegative reviews, but this experience was just absolutely unacceptable. No one would communicate with us and even PRETEND tocome up with a bogus ?we closed early? story. It was quite a shame, as my significant other loves Krystal burgers. Do better,Thomson. Ps- I couldn?t add to the review what I ordered- because I never got the chance. Read more

Lady at the window was super courteous. She gets a star for this restaurant. Order was not correct with two items. Waited for 25... minutes to order and get our food. That is way too long for interstate travelers like us. We will not be stopping there again.Plus they add 4% surcharge for processing your charge card. What restaurant does that to their customers??? So I paid in cash. Read more
