Called for delivery it took over hour and a half to get here and was cold when they delivered. Worst manager I've ever seen it's Sunday. And apparently the other person scheduled called out. So instead of disabling the... delivery portion of the menu and telling callins that delivery is not an option today due to short staff. He goes on deliveriesleaving the poor girl by herself to try and make every single pizza. So here when a walking come and they say it's gonna be 25min it ends up being over an hr because you got 1 person in the kitchen while your taking 1 or 2 deliveries at a time.. I feelso bad for this girl. And this manager should either 1. Be retrained on his priorities as a manager or 2. Be fired. Read more

I was not pleased when I went in to pick up pizza order. The order was ready and correct. I know Covid had pretty high numbers... at that time. The first person on the line for making pizzas had a mask on his chin. Some employees didn't have mask or theywere not on properly. I asked for the manager and she was the person holding my pizzas for me. I inquired about the mask policyand her answer was he has been immunized and was fine. I stated he could still get; and spread Covid. I went and put my pizzasin the car and on my way back in another employee through the back door open and yelled something at me but I couldn't tell whathe said. I just got in my truck and left.
