After waiting 25 mins my food was cold and wrong. Staff was friendly and the dining room looked nice.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The food is almost ALWAYS cold and the service is absolutely horrible. Management is... completely unprofessional, rude, and does very little to ensure that customer complaints such as cold/incorrect food or poorservice are not only corrected but looked into so that it doesn't become such a common issue with staff. I have went to disburger king tonight we're breaking tonight I ordered my food at 7:41 pm There was 3 people coming after me And... got their food way before me I got my food served at 8:22 pm When I ask the employee to explain to me how that happened shejust got loud at me and thought she can dominant me with being loud What do you expect is Thomson Georgia ???? Pulled up behind someone in drive thru. They were told to wait. 6 minutes later they pulled off cause they were still waiting. I... was told to wait and after a minute I pulled off. I would have left a lot sooner but the way they have their drive thru set upyou can't because the other drive thru on the right is in the way. If you can't take orders for people then close and wait toopen when you can take orders for people. Read more
For some reason everytime I go to pick up lunch I get pulled up and they always leave something out or its wrong. You would... think since I'm waiting longer and it's taking more time everything would definitely be right. There was a female manager thatwas there when they first did the remodeling and she really pushed the food out and never had issues I don't know what happenedto her but you guys need to find her and bring her back. Paid for over $30 dollars of food after waiting 20 mins to check my bag and missing things out of my order. They got a attitude... that they have to make my order right. I go in and no name tags are being worn attitudes from other customers who also ismissing things. The Manager tells me it's not her fault she knows nothing about this. You are the manger handing the food to theother employees wrong and it's not your fault. When I come in you give me attitude as well like I did something to you...smhthis is ridiculous!!! Read more
