We had a very unfortunate experience here on a Thursday evening. We showed up after the dinner rush and were seated, then... ignored for a while - I believe there was confusion as to which server was handling our table. Our food order was then notentered in until we had been waiting for over 40 minutes and saw three tables that ordered either after us or at around the sametime get and eat most of their food. Once it was discovered, it took another 15 minutes to get our food. My burger, orderedmedium, was beyond well done - dry and charred on the outside. The server attempted to rectify the situation by offering us freesides and appetizers while we waited, but it was too late at that point. I really wanted to like Geno?s after some good lunchexperiences here but it will be difficult to return after tonight. We also had a patron sitting nearby unleash a disrespectfuloutburst at us, with various personal insults and profanity. Read more

The pizza was delicious! We got a 12? with pepperoni, hamburger, onions and extra mozzarella. I?ll add that Geno?s also has good... draft selections to choose from with reasonable prices. It?s conveniently located near Crystal Mountain resort which made for aneasy ?off-property? dinner outing. Our waitress was friendly & accommodating while the bar offered a decent casual atmosphere.The interior design could use some updates, but overall I enjoyed the experience & would come again! Just passing through and found this gem.???????????????????? Very clean establishment. The server we had was AMAZING! Food was... delicious. Ordered a burger medium done and it came out medium done; Kudos to the Cook! Plus they had gluten free options forthe wifey! Almost EVERY ITEM had a GLUTEN FREE OPTION! ????
