Normally pretty good, but as of recently I've been noticing that the service has been a bit.. worse? They keep forgetting things... I order past the names of the items (i.e. asking for no sauce on something). Read more

Reno?s and no sign to say what hours are. Closed at 10pm? It?s a drive thru mobile trailer. Wow, service was never great here,... I?m not sure renovations will solve any issues. Read more

I've gone in on few occasions to get treats for the office, but on both occasions the staff were rude. On both occasions my... initial helper couldn't understand me and referred me to their supervisor. Today I bought 2 dozen donuts and the guy flippedmy donuts upside down destroying the tops with chocolate glaze. I know it's a losy job but gheesh! Read more

I've been upset with the service at Tim's lately. Long wait times in the lobby, with almost all the priority towards drive thru,... which seemed very backed up. My order was forgot about for 5 minutes until I'd reminded them. Many of the workers are friendly,however some are very rude and inconsiderate. I've been inturupted while ordering a few times by other workers having aconversation with the cashier. I want to enjoy going to Tim's, but more definitely needs to be done Read more

The male on speaker who took order was super friendly and easy to understand... The male at the window needs retraining in... customer service as he was not friendly, and did not ensure to figure out a replacement for one of five hot drinks we ordered, amedium dark roast coffee with expresso shot. He told us the 5th coffee was not available. He was very rudely pushing us to driveaway instead of fixing the issue. I made it clear we needed 5 drinks for 5 people and wouldn't leave even after he said wedidn't order it. I made it clear to him we needed a 5th drink that we ordered. He seemed to offer a different size finally butthen he didn't give it when we got our order. The two of us got so frustrated that we did pull out of drive through and mysister-in-law went straight inside to get her coffee, which was no issue for the other worker inside to make. The drive throughwindow male needs to be retrained as his professionalism in customer service is atrocious. Read more
