Placed an order online for pickup, money was processed for the order. Waited an hour to go pick it up to find the only location... was closed. Called to cancel order and was told 3-5 business days for refund. Called back fifth day and was told 5-7 days forrefund. It is now day 9....still no refund! Wasted alot of time on hold to still be out over $100!! Read more
placed an order at 3:55pm. no food by 4:55pm, so called customer service. very helpful, they called the local store, told me... they weren't open. my order was accepted, money withdrawn from my account. was told i would get a refund within 24 hours. weshall see. not happy. 2 hours wasted. unfortunate because i really like the taste of the food. Bad experience so far, still have not gotten my pizza, it's been an hour and a half and I have still not gotten my pizza. I... called customer service and the driver insisted he had called my number and delivered the pizza. So they managed to misdelivermy order, and didn't believe me. This is extremely poor quality service. Their website also never updated from order processingto order preparing ---> order out for delivery. Do not use the online service. Absolute nightmare. Also was told they wereunable to process a refund for me. The guy on the phone still doesn't believe me that I didn't recieve the pizza. I'm beingasked to describe my door, as if they don't believe me, this is the most moronic and unsatisfactory customer service handling Ihave ever recieved. Very smokey inside, not sure if they have good ventilation but it would really bother someone with allergies. Not much room in... the front to handle more than 5 or 6 people waiting for food. No obvious lineup, or physical distancing. If the pandemic ruleskick in again, don't expect to see more than 2 or 3 people inside at once. Pizza was meh. Crust was half burnt on the bottom,and extremely similar to Domino's on the top. Cheese seemed just as cheap. Customer service was good. Staff seemed energetic,but it's a new location so give it time, and we'll see. Time was great. They said 15min and was ready in 15min, but by the timewe got home pizza was already getting cold. (3min drive) Price was great, I guess. $13 for a Large one-topping carryout. Overall not a wowed experience for a brand new location . Read more
Amazing staff and not to mention delicious food. Just received this mouth watering pizza last night. Pizza Pizza made my day.
Never seen this kind of hospitality in thompson before. Of course this place is new, so i tried ordering through the pizza pizza... app, but saw that money got deducted and order was being prepared. I went to the store to check and found out that the new storehad few technical issues with the app. But the manager and employees were so kind that they understood my situation offered mecomplementary beverages and made my order up quickly and brought it up to my car in the lot. Usually pretty fast and doesn't cost much, but the underside of the pizzas are almost always burnt.
