Only thing they got right was the chicken was hot. Coleslaw was cold. What didn't they get right. Twister some how became a... zinger. Coleslaw with nothing to eat it with. It's alright, the wait times are abysmal, though, and the thought of having to wait as long as one would there when I'm in a... hurry to find a place to grab a quick bite usually just deters me to other fast food places in town. Service is usually good. Newer employees are usually lackluster and don't seem to care. Food is good. Wait times are usually... very long (expect 15-45min) for orders larger than an 8 piece. Restaurant is generally clean. Read more
One of the shittery kfc i visited in my entire life. I was in thompson for delivery went to kfc for food takes them 20 minutues... for oder to give. Talked with assistant manager some lady with no sense of work at all so rude and Des respectful. Owner shouldmake some effort to make things right otherwise its doomed. #clowns Read more
Waited 2 hours and 27 minutes for our order to be delivered and it arrived like this. We have ordered delivery at least 3 times... and every time it has taken over 2 hours to get our order. We have also tried the option of picking up as their excuse is alwaysit?s the delivery driver and have still had to wait inside the store for 30+ minutes. The KFC website and app estimate deliveryat 60 minutes. It should be updated as they have never in my experience made this time, not even remotely. Read more
Really brutal service, took over an hour for a simple meal deal to be delivered then the driver refused to follow the delivery... instructions for contact less delivery and they messed up the order. Never again from this location, 2 times gotten food fromthere and both times they messed up the order. The other time was for pickup even! Read more
Poor customer service. Ordered online still had to wait half an hour for the food. Went home and found half of the items missing... and even the container of corn was half filled. The guy at the window makes faces when you tell him the name for pickup. Worstservice ever. Read more
