Wasn't very encouraging when someone yells out, "there's no soap in the dish water. Then there wasn't any soap in the men's... restroom. Makes you wonder about cleanliness. There wasn't any ice in the only working drink machine. The other machine wasn'tworking at all. Probably won't go back. Read more
Order was completely screwed up. Ordered 2 kids happy meals and we were served a 4 piece nugget on a tray no happy meal... box,fries or toy. There's a reason we ordered happy meals for the kids. We had to make 3 trips to the counter to get thefries,then the box and then finally the toy. This restaurant is completely unorganized. Read more
Wanted to go here to get a quick lunch. Ended up taking my entire break just to get one bag of food. We spent about 25 minutes... waiting in line. We started out ordering sodas, which they waited to tell us at the window that they were out of all soda so wehad to choose between tea or lemonade. No big deal, but they should have just told us that while we were ordering. So then wereceived our food. It looked.... unappetizing. It was very busy so we didn't want to hold up the line, but the order appeared tobe right. I was wrong. I ordered a hot chicken & honey. I received a hamburger with like 5 pieces of cheese on it... and it wasCOLD. It wasn't properly wrapped either, like half of the bun was exposed and the toppings were just moving around. To top itall off they didn't give us straws lol. I went here at night time a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't this bad. If I could leave half a star I would. I'm not sure what they had going on when I came inside to order instead of using the drive... thru. It took 25/30 minutes for my order to be taken due to a new employee working the inside truly on her own while other's arebusy with the food prep. Not only does there manager (white short/heavyset male) walk up to ask this poor girl what hours shecan work, but walks up a numerous of times and not once does he offer to help her out. I just feel like they shouldn't allow newemployees ( anyone for that matter)to run the register and work the dining room alone. Horrible experience Read more
So, the restaurant looks nice on the outside. It was just recently "refreshed". Which makes it hilarious that the drive thru... speaker doesn't work????. So you have to order at the window. This may be a temporary thing. But for now, don't be surprised ifall your food is only semi-warm, like ours was. A waste of money. Old fries, nothing good. Read more

I don't remember the last time I went to Wendy's, but I will remember to go back. Fast, hot, accurate, tasty. Try the bacon... pretzel pub with fries and juice. I ate every bite. Read more
