Staff is always friendly. Today they were friendly just not enough staff. There were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. It... was 6 minutes before someone took the order from the 1st car in line. Received my order in a timely manner after I was able toorder. Read more
Wasn't very encouraging when someone yells out, "there's no soap in the dish water. Then there wasn't any soap in the men's... restroom. Makes you wonder about cleanliness. Order was completely screwed up. Ordered 2 kids happy meals and we were served a 4 piece nugget on a tray no happy meal... box,fries or toy. There's a reason we ordered happy meals for the kids. We had to make 3 trips to the counter to get thefries,then the box and then finally the toy. This restaurant is completely unorganized. Read more
Wanted to go here to get a quick lunch. Ended up taking my entire break just to get one bag of food. We spent about 25 minutes... waiting in line. We started out ordering sodas, which they waited to tell us at the window that they were out of all soda so wehad to choose between tea or lemonade. No big deal, but they should have just told us that while we were ordering. So then wereceived our food. It looked.... unappetizing. It was very busy so we didn't want to hold up the line, but the order appeared tobe right. I was wrong. I ordered a hot chicken & honey. I received a hamburger with like 5 pieces of cheese on it... and it wasCOLD. It wasn't properly wrapped either, like half of the bun was exposed and the toppings were just moving around. To top itall off they didn't give us straws lol. I went here at night time a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't this bad.
