Sad!!!! some one need to get MR MICHAEL ROZAR a call !!!! this place a dump of a restaurant.. waited 30minute to get a table... that?s not the bad past the sad part was literally was ignore for 40 minutes. Watch how the waiter toll someone there was notables yet there was 3 tables open? as a former restaurant owner I would have all the employees fire? what you do in a situationlike a rush hour you atlist sit customers and offer drinks and explain that there will be a long waiting period YOU DONT IGNORETHEM TO THE POINT THAT PEOPLE START WALKING OUT?..district manager you need to step up your game!!!!!!!!! This Waffle House is fabulous: excellent service and excellent food. We just had breakfast here. Our server was very efficient.... Our food was cooked exactly like we asked and it was fast. We sat there for a bit and noticed all the crew were nice. The boothswere clean as were the bathrooms. We will stop here again on our next adventure this way. We chose Waffle House over Sunday brunch... Different atmosphere, but avoided the big city. We ended up getting two different... combinations and sharing. There's a trade-off but the price makes you feel better. As a friend's favorite "anytime" restaurant,I'm sure I'll be back sooner than later. Read more
I ordered my usual that I will order when I go to a Waffle House and that is T-Bone with double hash browns with onions crispy.... But before I received my meal I observed employees eating in front of guest, one employee stretching in her head never washedhands after doing any of the things that they shouldn?t have been doing. As we was walking in we noticed the store wasn?t clean,floors were very dirty. But coming from out of town on our way to Virginia we were hungry so we decided to stop here. Would haveeating here but as we sit waiting on the food to be cooked that?s when we noticed all of the violations that was being done.Looked around for the health score it was no where to be seen. So we decided to leave. If the health department had walked inthey probably would have shut it down. Someone needs to get this location together. Went down highway about 2 miles down theroad at the one on archdale/high point and got great customer service no one doing anything wrong and food is delicious?. Eatingas I type this comment now!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here today 8.7.22. The place was very clean inside and out! The staff was friendly lively and... diligent. Only one worker taking orders and cooking. He tried his very best and was a excellent multi tasker. Waffle House do better and... making sure your team is set up for success. I know the waiter was stressed out and more and more customers would come and hadto be notified about the wait time. Food was delicious and friendly service. He definitely needs a raise . After all the Monday nite food commercials, I was starved. Early Tuesday morning went to WF and ordered T- bone & eggs for... myself and cheese n eggs with their Infamous rasin toast, all hash browns for wife.. In minutes the to-go order was ready! Lessthan 2mls to home, food was Off the Grill Hot!! The containers are best I seen! A1 sauce, ketchup, 2 mayo, etc.. NOTHINGFORGOTTEN... wWHhaAaaaa??? Lol!
