A child working the drive threw.she tries to charge me 6.41 for a regular size shake. She said it was always that much.ive never... paid that much for a small shake.then she said it's high because I wanted it thick. There was only 2 cars in front of us and 1 behind us. It took 20min from the time we got in line till we got our food. That's... not even the worst part . When we ordered the kid just kept asking us to repeat what we ordered and then when we finally got tothe window he walks up holding fries and eating them! No one should ever be eating food while also handling food that isextremely unsanitary and pretty sure its against Health code. Once the kid opened the window he said ahhhh ah what did youorder? So we had to once again repeat the two meals we ordered so it's not like it was a bunch or complicated and there was onlyone other car behind us so doesn't take a genius to figure out by process of elimination that the oldest order is probably thenext one. They Closed at 9:55 and let me sit at the pull in menu for 15 min. Finally a car came through the drive through and I overheard... her say "We're Closed". (Not being ugly), as I was leaving and passed the drive through window, the associate was conversingwith someone. All I could shout was "Turn your light off if you're closed" and went home. We ordered through the app prior to arriving and it took 20+ minutes for it to be ready. Missing drinks, sides, and condiments.... Food tasted good but they're severely understaffed. Read more

There were some minor issues but they fixed everything and now all is right. The tatertos were extreme as usual. Very friendly... people. They play better music in the kitchen than they do in the dinning area though. Read more
