Ordered a Togo order. One of the items I ordered was the kids Mac n Cheese for my child. It does not come with a side it?s only... mac n cheese. It was $5.99 for the Mac n cheese. When I got home and got it out it was a small plastic container only about halffull. It was not even enough to fill my child up. I called up there and spoke with the manager who was nice but she stated theMac n cheese is proportioned to that size and there was nothing they could do about it besides offer me a free one next time Icome. There will not be a chance for her to give me a free one because I will not be back. That?s last time I will eat at a RubyTuesday. It?s one thing to short my food but for sure don?t short my kids. I've been to this location multiple times recently for both a quick dine-in lunch, as well as several to-go orders. The bar... staff has always taken great care of me, my food has always been tasty and the portion sizes have been good. Jamie was mywaitress when dining in the bar area, as well as the bartender taking care of several of my to-go orders. She was alwayspleasant and very helpful. Thanks! Read more
Disappointed. Wanted a round table but was seated at a round banket , so when person in center needed to get out 3 others had... to move first. Then food was delivered and it was warm. Steak , shrimp was ordered but all was warm. Vegetables were also warm. Waitress was fine but it didn't make up for the food issues. Needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon or not at all.It's a shame maybe it was just a bad experience. Read more
I had a great experience at this location. My waitress was the bartender named Alyssa and she was attentive and made sure we had... everything we needed. Would recommend if you travel through and need a good place to stop and eat. Read more

Sunday Oct. 30,2022 . Ruby Tuesdays is one of our favorite places to eat. So we drive around 32 miles one way to enjoy one of... our used to be favorite restaurants. Upon entering we were informed that the wait would be at least 15 mins. On the right thetables were set with silver ware empty and ready for customers. On the left all the table chairs were on the wall. We asked toset at a table "my husband is disabled" maybe start a salad bar. The hostess informed us that the waitress hadn't had a break .She just went on a 15 min break and there would be no one to bring us our drinks.She however didn't seem busy at all. Sadly theplace is not clean anymore. I truly believe , there was no manger there. By the way there were maybe 6 tables with peopleeating. We ended up leaving. This is the 3rd time that we went there and didn't get to eat . The other times there was a note onthe door that read " short staff dinning room closed " .I really hate that Ruby Tuesday's can't get any help . Driving thereagain with these high gas prices, to just be sent away, makes no sense. I'd suggest maybe hiring a manger who cares aboutyour restaurant. :( It asks if you dined in, take out , Delivery.
