Ordered pizza and cheese bread online . Never got a message it was ready but I was in Walmart shopping anyway. Stopped in to... pick up order and was told it was cancelled because it was so long since I ordered it . He said he could remake it so it was hotif I could wait . Ordered 3 different items all 3 items wrong. I called the store to let them know and the manager answered. She was extremely... rude. One of the items I ordered waza 2 liter of soda and I got 3 20 Oz sodas. She said that was the same thing and anyone cando the math and that's definitely not the same thing. My pizza was wrong as well as my sandwich. She didn't care at all. Hung upon me and the next thing I noticed I received a message saying order canceled so I couldn't Report an issue online. I calledback the next day and spoke with a man who was very professional and nice. He gave me the number to their district managersoffice. I attempted to call that office but no answer and no option to leave a vm. I called the Thomasville office back and thesame woman answered the phone that I dealt with the day before. I briefly went over my issue and she said oh, yeah I rememberyou. Her excuse for her behavior was "we were really busy". I told her you are a manager that is absolutely no excuse for howyou treat customers. She said she refunded my money back and I told her I hae not reseved anything. I placed that order on May28th and it's now June 8th and still no refund. As a customer who orders from there very often I'm pretty simple and laid back.I understand mistakes happened but I felt as if Dominos stole from me and management showed their employees it's OK to treatcustomers the way I was treated and it's not. Seems the order is always wrong or missing something. One pizza had been dropped. Cheesy bread I ordered 2 marinara sauces... with it . Got none. I added jalapeños to a extravaganza got a jalapeños and cheese pizza.and my last pizza wasn't even cut. Iunderstand the drivers can't double check the orders so this might be why .
