I have never had an issue with this cookout, but this is crazy. I asked for a chocolate m&m milkshake. I received a cup that I... think was only filled with 25% shake and 75% chocolate syrup. It literally takes like im drinking straight for a hersheysbottle. Whoever made this needs to learn how to make a proper milkshake. It looks like soup. Read more
I love your food and the service is great. You have some of the friendliest people on the windows that I have ever encountered... at a cookout. My only complaint is that any drink we get from water to sodas taste like grease. It seems to be coming from theice. I can eat a piece of ice out of my drink and it is pure grease. Some days are better than others but 3 days this week Ihave had to pour my ice water out and my daughter poured out her Mello Yello. The grease takes over. Read more
I have been to this cook out many times and honestly it is hit and miss. Sometimes they get the order right and sometimes they... don't. There's been alot they have changed over the years and they finally got their chicken tenders to a normal size again. Forawhile the tenders were the size of nuggets. So that didn't make sense. I think that their speaker doesn't work well and theycan't hear or something. I'm not sure but it's not really organized over there. Fast service friendly staff. Hamburgers were great. Fries were hot. However, you had to ask for ketchup and extra napkins... because the burgers are juicy but good. Read more
A great place to get an awesome flame grilled burger made any way you want!!!!! So many extras on top of their amazing burgers!... Shakes are awesome and custom made too!! The best part, if you got 20 bucks, you can eat like a glutton for three days!!!! Read more
The workers here are impolite on their best day. Impatient with you while taking orders, and their lack of care is evident too.... I received my order in the drive-thru and was handed a container with a hole burnt out on the side. I asked for a new one, as Ididn?t want my food falling out. The cashier ducked away from the window and pretended to do as I asked, then turned around andhanded me the exact same container. It?s not hard to do the job you?re paid to do. Also to add, I?m lead to believe the Cookoutsauce I was given tonight went bad at some point in the restaurant. My boyfriend starting eating it, noticed it smelled bad andtasted off, then proceeded to vomit profusely. Just noticed after finishing the majority of my food, there?s a hair in it. After several visits the last few weeks, things can be less intimidating. The menu has an abundance of options and everyone is... fresh. There's a dueling drive-thru on both sides and this keeps the heavy traffic moving I went with the Mocha milkshake, avery energetic decision at 10:30p. Nonetheless, it was delicious like the other cookie, cheesecake, mint, and other flavors I'vepreviously enjoyed. Get a burger. If this is on your list of curios choices when looking over the big menu, don'thesitate. This is like the concession stand you have nostalgia for and then built to an amazing scale. The food is great andthe taste is heartwarming. It's a frequent stop, for so many folks. Next time choose CookOut over the King, Clown, andPigtails.
