I read reviews before coming here and majority from the last 6 months were negative and stated how horrible the service was etc.... I decided to at-least give it a shot. My boyfriend and I walked in and hostess was super rude right off the bat. Rolled her eyeswalking us to the table. Asked us what we wanted to drink before we even sat down. Never asked how we were doing etc. I askedfor a beer menu and she said I could walk around the other side to the bar and look. We got up and left without ordering athing. Have not been here in ages. Their hamburgers are really good. Their fries have some sort of battered coating. Usually that... doesn't work for me but these were good even when I got home with my order. I bet they are amazing at the table. Burger wassolid as usual. I order medium rare just hoping for medium. This was perfect medium rare. Tons of TV'S and small bar in backwith a decent beer list offering some local craft. Service always seems to be friendly and efficient. Read more

Bad bad bad! Service terrible - they had the worst attitude towards ALL THE CUSTOMERS! Not sure if all the Coaches treat their... customers like this - if they do shame on them! We all had a taste for a specialty burger. We spent over $60.00. 2 Jalepeno Burgers,Bacon Cheddar Burger and Mushroom Swiss.... Normally they are decent burgers. All 4 were burnt and dry. I got tomato on mine. I got the stem end. I'm sorry, but there wereonly 14 people in the restaurant at 7 pm. We ordered burgers medium. All were over well done. Service was TERRIBLE! Her excuse was that she was short staffed but her attitude was definitely not it. We waited for over an... hour for our meals and all we kept on getting told it would be five mins for just chicken tenders and fries. We noticed everyonegot else would get refills but our table. We had to ask and keep asking, walking to the kitchen to ask what was the wait for ourfood. NEVER coming back again and will definitely let others know the horrible experience and service there was here. And to topit off, two of our orders were wrong and had to be made again, waiting even a longer time. Read more

My friend and I ate there last night June 18th. We waited forever to get our food and it was cold not up to my standards... definitely not up to her standard. My to-go order was also cold. They had one waitress for the front one in the back of the bar,and only two Cooks. Great restaurant with two of the best appetizers around. This family friendly location isn't considered a "bar," in fact there... isn't a visible bar in the dining room which makes this a great sports themed family restaurant! Their fried chips and onionrings are hands down the best in the Triad. The chips are consistently crispy and the onion rings are lightly battered avoidingthe "gummy" heavy breading you find at most other restaurants. The dipping sauce is a must try too. My burger was cookedperfectly and was a good thickness with full flavor. The ham and cheese sandwich was nicely done with your choice of bread; wechose the brioche which is recommend. I've been here twice and have never experienced what the other reviewers have, so it's a little odd. Nevertheless, the food is... very good, and we have had great service both times. Specifically tonight our waitress brought us refills before we had evenfinished our drinks. She checked in often, but not in a bad way. They are a bit pricey, especially for a family, butoverall it's a good little place. Read more
