Capri?s has been a family favorite for years! Their wide variety and dependable deliciousness make it the place I want to eat at... when I visit my parents. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I had the worst food service ever in my entire 19 years of living here, I ordered my food and it took a... while for it to even come out, when we get it my order wasn?t correct, then proceeded to ask me if I wanted the rest of my food?Acting like they was not going to give it to me? I asked for ranch when I ordered and didn?t get it, so when I asked the redheaded lady for it she sighed and rolled her eyes at me, then asked me if I wanted more. My girlfriends order was STILL messedup after they had ?fixed it? and the girls that was working was doing nothing but gossiping about me and her the entire time andstarting at us, made us so uncomfortable we lost our appetite.. didn?t even eat all of our food because of that mess they hadgoing on.. just pathetic. My family has ate here many times, but that won't be the case going forward. Ordered an Italian Sub but was given a Ham sub with... pickle (sub had nearly no meat and all bread). Took it back the ham sub for the correct sub, an Italian. I was given nothingclose to that...it had barely any meat, no seasoning and slapped together (weren't even busy)...for a Italian place thattypically has a lot of good entrees their subs are below par. The manager never came out to correct the situation or ask myissues. I can go to a dozen places off top my head with exceptional italian subs that aren't even an Italian eatery...subwayeven has better subs!
