I have never experienced service such as this in my life. We came in to this location to get an 8 piece chicken. They told us... it will be 15min because they did not have enough chicken....more like 40min. Meanwhile people were coming in ordering chicken.Taking the chicken we were waiting for. Then the staff said they did not have enough legs for us after giving 2 differentcustomers our order. After we complained, they gave our money back and some extra chicken. Avoid this location at all cost. I went there for a regular 3 peace and I was giving chicken tender's . Let make a u turn. I go... back they make the correction with 3 cold over cooked Peace's .. Our biscuits were small and super greasy! Didn't finish them. The toppings were good so we picked those off and ate them.
It was empty but took ten minutes. The order was incomplete. The biscuit was THIN and HARD. Order a tender dinner and got ONE... side. Read more
I went through the drive thru at 8:45pm. The drive thru was moving slowly. I informed the employee before ordering that I had a... BOGO free Cajun Filet biscuit. I ordered fries and half and half tea. When I got to the window they said they had a Cajun filetcombo. I informed them again I had the coupon for BOGO. The manager came over to get the register total right. I got home andstill only had one biscuit. In addition, the biscuit has two biscuit tops instead of a proper biscuit. Also, my tea is not halfand half. Very disappointed. I did call and spoke with Alicia who was helpful. She offered a code I can use tomorrow to go backthrough and get two Cajun filet biscuits for my trouble. Another visit and my while the food was delicious, I once again gotthe wrong food.
