Stayed parked for a while after pressing the red button. Complete silence from the speaker finally after 15 minutes I was told... to wait a little bit and they'd be with me. Waited another 10 minutes and no one helped. Drove off. Thanks for nothing UpdateSeptember 4th, 2022 I tried again because it had been a minute and figured I would give them another shot. I order takes alittle bit. Whatever food shows up. I have to pay with cash and card and they told me they can't do split payments. So onceagain don't come here. They take too long. It takes forever to actually order and when you do get your food they can't do abasic split payment that every other restaurant or fast food place is capable of doing. Read more
Sonics is an okay place to eat but the employees could be trained a little better the kid who brought me my food he was nice and... had good customer service skills so did the lady taking my order i wish i could remember there names but the other employeeswould complain about how much they had to do or they would be outside smoking and talking while others were inside working, theywere not on break because the lady inside asked them if they clocked out and they responded no to her. Google said it closes at 11 PM, but when we went at 9:20 and pressed the button to order a few minutes later, an employee came... and asked us if we had Doordash or instacart orders, then told us they were closed. If you're going to claim to be open,actually be open. Read more
Sat in line for 20 minutes before someone ever greeted me this is the second time I?ve tried coming here and had to wait over 20... minutes the first time I left because I just kept getting excuses as to why it was taking so long. The manager couldn?t come outand help because she was on the phone with corporate, three employees had just walked out, it was only one guy and the cook etcthis time I decided to wait since I couldn?t get out of the drive-through then when someone finally came to the speaker, I wasadvised they couldn?t even make slushy?s so the new summer edition Red Bull slushy that is advertised you can?t get because Theycan?t make it. While waiting at the window for my food I paid for my order and the lady handed me two ice cream cones and saidthey melt the fastest so she would give them to me first so unfortunately I had to sit here holding a melting ice cream conewhile waiting another 15 minutes on my food. It just makes logical sense to hand me the ice cream cones last so it?s not meltingwhile I wait on the food to be made. Tried again after 8 months. Worse than before. There's many choices here in town. Either Sonic or the owner have simply given up... here. too....how does Sonic run out of burgers at 12;10pm... it's sad to post a bad review, but honestly...it's gone so far downhill here the last two years... I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at the Sonic on E pinetree Blvd on December 2nd around 5 o?clock.... The line was slow and we sat for 10 mins in the drive through with only one car ahead of me. We get to the window and pay forour order that was $24 and some change. This is after it takes 5 minutes for the girl at the window to take our money becausethe entire time the manager and all three employees in the front are arguing and yelling about clocking in and out. Not tomention while this is happening we sit at the window for another 10 mins waiting on our food and listening to them yell, allwhile watching a child run around the kitchen. They then try to figure out what we are waiting on and are completely lost. Wetell them that we ordered a blast and they tell me we didn?t when the girl at the window repeated the order with it on their andwe had paid for it. They then proceed to tell me that here?s my receipt and see it doesn?t have it, and handed me the wrongreceipt for someone else?s order. I ordered one double cheeseburger meal and one double toaster meal with fries, mozzarellasticks, and a medium cookie dough blast. I only got handed one burger (which was wrong), the mozzarella sticks, fries anddrinks. Also shown is the incorrect receipt that I was handed and argued about with. Read more
