Worst Sonic in the United States probably the world. Sat in the drive through for 30 mins just to find out our order was... incorrect. The rude lady at the window said I would have to drive back around a re-order. I just rolled up my window and left. Read more

This sonic, like many other fast food chains, appears to be struggling with the current labor shortages and the associated... service decline, which is the reasoning for the loss of a star. Time from ordering to getting food is significantly longer thanone would expect at a "fast food" place. But again, it's just a symptom of the times we live in now. Is it the same sonic itemsyou love? Yes Are the happy-hour slushes cold and flavorful? As ever If you're looking for a quick snack of chili cheese totsand a limeade slush, I'd recommend it, but add in a few extra minutes to any expectations you may have.
