I hate giving negative reviews, but the process they use to serve the customer on site is , being polite, inefficient. I saw my... order setting on the back counter for 12 minutes while the counter person packed up many more orders, only to bring all of themto the counter at the same time to sort them rather than first in, first out. They close at 10pm but would not serve us at 9:40 unless it was a call in. Had tried to call for a solid hour to order but no... answer. ??????? 3rd time no pizza at night. Went to Domino's and service & food was great!! Dont Get dippin sauce tho , iwas charged $1.00 for marinara with my bread stix???? that shoulda came with it! I have to this location multiple times and there is never anything hot and ready. They fill the heating racks up with empty... boxes to make it look like they have pizza ready. Then you are told they have nothing ready and have to wait 15-20 minutes foryour pizza. Read more
Little Caesars got good pizza but sorry customer service experience they are rude I tried to order my pizza online and did not... go through so I called they are very rude to tell me now we ain't taking online orders right now then I begin to order throughthem I ordered four of the five dollars and I ordered the m&m cookie brownie they told me that it was a decent size it wouldfeed 5 to 10 people I get a little bitty four cut Pizza it's not even big enough for one person to eat that's falseadvertisement I pay $3.99 for that pretty Much my kids were very disappointed and so was I Read more
The customer service is always great at this location. The employees are respectful and act pleased to serve you. The manager is... always working hard and keeps a nice, clean store. The pizzas have always been fresh & hot. We tried the cheese & pepperonistuffed pizza tonight. It's a great deal for $10. Loaded, looked just like the ads. The only thing I'd change on my next orderis, I'll definitely request less pizza sauce. The $6 meatsa was also heavy w sauce. If you don't like a lot of sauce, I'd defrequest it be made w less when you order. Read more
Not sure what has happened but it has gone way down hill since a few weeks ago. The slices were crazy sizes and the Italian... cheese bread was oval and chopped in weird pieces. Half didn't even have cheese. Kids were ok with it. Pay $5 get $5 results. Wewon't go back for a while. The service was way below par, even for LC. Read more
