Have not had good luck the last few times. Order bread sticks get garlic toast. The pizza doesn't have the toppings that they... were ordered with. The last pizza was supposed to have 3 topping, and I get a cheese pizza with a few small chunks of ham. Havenot found any of the other toppings. I can understand if something is out but would be nice if they would call to inform orcheck on a replacement item. The pasta tasted good though. Read more
Wow! It's been ages since I ate at Pizza Hut (only due to 100 mile drive to the nearest one). Food was great, hot, and fast!... Only issue is that the booths have very little room for those of us who have enjoyed a few too many pizzas HA! Place was quiteclean. Read more
I would do a 0 star but there wasn't an option. Placed a $45 order for delivery via their app. Gave them my exact address, which... was on their receipt when delivering and gave them the exact directions on the "Delivery directions" on their app. Deliverydriver (female, named Ashley or Amanda, I believe) calls because she's lost. I informed her that she was on the South side, myaddress says North, literally 2 blocks away, I told her EXACTLY where to go, AGAIN. She's says "oh yeah, I'll be right there".20 mins later still nothing. I call her back wondering where my order is, she says "it's at the front door because it wascontactless". I informed her it was NOT at the front of my door. She explains that she dropped it off at the wrong place and tohold on and she'll bring it to the right place. Never showed up. Shut her phone off. The store hasn't answered my calls ALLNIGHT!!!!!! Tried calling all day today and they still wouldn't answer, yes I have the right number. So I had to drive up there.First, I talked to a young female about getting my money back, she passed me on to a younger guy. Guy tells me he can't doanything about it but give me store credit! Heck no, I won't be ordering from you again and had to demand the manager's numberbecause I want my money back. HORRIBLE customer service. This place is a J O K E! Service was great......our waitress was very friendly and kind. It was clean on the inside and out. We ordered 2 large 2... topping pizzas, family cheesy bread, and 5 drinks which 3 we kids and came to under $40. I like the cheesy bread but couldn'tget into the pizza. I thought the crest was nicly done along with the topping. I didn't like the sauce at all and really turnedme away from the pizza. I could only eat one slice. All around it was a ok visit. Libby is the rudest person . She had the nerve to ask if I was pregnant and I am not. I might be bigger but. U don't know me... libby. What if I have been trying for years. And u say this to me. Wow . And please libby start smiling more for your customers. And take out your trash it's really full and nasty. Also clean your dang restrooms. Noone wants to sit on dirty toilets.Ewwww.
