First of all fix your Mobile order site!!!!! My card kept declining because it was ?invalid? even though I put in my information... twice. Then it said order could not be placed. I was charged 26 dollars twice! ???? and then when I went inside the store toexplain to them they said they can?t make my order because I don?t have a confirmation email? but my card was charged soobviously it processed????. Starr the order taker was the best part of this experience. The to go bag was saturated in grease now all over the seat of my... vehicle. The lemon pepper wings were sitting in a sea of grease. First time going there doesn't have much of a menu, to explain you anything ask for help and try to rush you in ordering but... it's hard to understand the different things they have and combinations so anyway I ordered some boneless wings and seasonedfries which I've heard were delicious from other people well they must have gave me the bottom of the barrel the fries, werelittle burnt pieces soggy and wasn't good at all the boneless chicken which was barbecue would have been better if they were hothad waited 15 minutes for my order everything was cold I live about 5 minutes away so there's no excuse for it to be cold ,thefood i will not eat there again the last $18 I will ever spend there,, Read more
I ordered food for delivery and the lady delivered it to someone else. She called me and asked where my home was at and I tried... to explain at the best of my ability but i guess that wasn?t good enough for her so she hung up on me, and was extremely rudeover the phone. Will never get food hear again rude workers. And we can't even get a cup of water as complimentary like 99% of restaurants do.... They charged us $2.49 for a 20 oz throw away cup just for tap water. We give this place 0 stars for service and customercare!!!! Read more

I walked in behind my friend and the girl took her order and walked away. I stood and waited to have my order taken for ten... awkward minutes as the girl did other things in the back.
