This restaurant could care less if you ordered there or not, if you are on time according to the app or even lagging 5 minutes... don't be prepared to get your order because they will give your order or a portion to the person at the window even if theyordered after you just because they are at the window before you. Two times this week so I suppose they actually have good service and food here.
The pizza quality is what you would expect from a chain pizza restaurant: consistent, quick, delicious. The pizza was great!... The issue was the representative at the window who, when I asked for some plastic utensils after I received the pizza, heard me,turned and closed to window, retrieved them and gave them to me, but seemed burdened by the task. I told her have a nice day andwas courteous towards her but received something other than that. The food is good, but the customer service is obviously iffy. Read more
WE HAD DENTAL FLOSS BAKED INTO OUR PIZZA!!! It literally hangs. I'm so disgusted because we actually ate a few pieces. Thank God... we didn't eat that CHOKING HAZARD and just thinking about the BODILY FLUIDS that was attached to the floss. DO NOT order fromthem we are contacting CORPORATE. Read more
