I have been to this restaurant a few times before and it was very good but my mother and I went today and I was very... disappointed! It took almost 45 mins to get seated in the hibachi area. Then it took another 45 mins for the food to be cooked.The chef was so slow and everything was OVER COOKED! After this horrible service I was charged 18% gratuity plus am $8 sittingfee and was not told about these new charges until after I got the check. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN and I suggest no oneelse does either!!! Read more

Without a doubt the best Hibachi and Japanese food I've ever eaten anywhere. It's hard to believe that in such a small town in... south Louisiana you will find the best Japanese--but start believing it. Service is top notch--my wife and I have never had abad experience with any of the wait staff. We are always seated promptly and treated with kindness. The owner and the managerare always walking around to make sure everything is fine at EVERY table and thanks you for coming and welcomes you back. Thefood is superb. I'm a huge sushi guy and I am always interested in trying out the vastly different combinations they come upwith. The hibachi side of things--I have witnessed many of their chefs and personally they have all been perfect. The food wasalways done exactly how I requested.
