Today my order was marked as out for delivery at 6:05pm and then marked as delivered at 6:58pm. However, we never received a... delivery. My husband was out in the front yard in that time frame. We?ve called the store several times only for someone toanswer and hang up each time. How is this acceptable? After reading reviews from others, this is apparently an ongoing issuefor this location. Ordered on the app at 12:57pm. Wait time was 47 -57 minutes. Placed the order anyway. At 2:58pm and still no delivery. Tried to... cancel the order a bit ago on the app but was told to call the store. We called the store, sat on hold for what felt likeeternity and nobody ever answered. My sister had problems with them the other evening. Why are they even open if this is thebest they can do? Read more
This location is clearly not ready to expand their menu following a halt in operations from Hurricane Ida. Today, we ordered two... pizzas and then waited in line for an hour and a half. When we finally got to the window, we waited another twenty minutesbefore being told that our order had not even been started. No apology. No explanation. We left with nothing (exceptregret). Every time I go, the pizza always comes out good. This is the best Domino's I have had pizza from and I am a regular customer... there about once a week because it is so good. The young lady at the window today is always very nice and has great customerservice every time I go. Give these people a raise, they are representing the brand really well at this location.
