Horrible service level. Sign on their door said they were understaffed and would not take parties of more than 4. ??? So not a... problem, we understood. But even after our party of 20 agreed to sit at 5 different tables they were doing every possible to NOTserve us, including each table had to be on ONE ticket per table, after we were forced to split up in random groups of 4. Dothey not know how to separate tickets for a party of 4? We walked out and went elsewhere because the waitress trying to?explain? some ridiculous requirements was rude. Will never go to this Chili?s again. Sad that I had to give them one star. Theydidn?t even deserve tonite. Hope to see a new restaurant at this location soon. Read more
I'm only giving one star because I have no choice for zero stars. I placed an online order and received an email stating that my... food would be ready by "xtime" upon arriving about 5 minutes after said time, I checked into the online link that was text tome. No one came to the car to tell me anything. Nothing. I walked in and several people passed me and never said a word and noone had gone to my car. I began calling the store while standing there and MULTIPLE people walked past the phone withoutacknowledging it ringing. I went back to my car again and called again. Finally after being on hold with the music for 6minutes and 32 seconds someone answers and claims to be a manager. I ask what the process is with curbside pick up and he askedwhat I meant. I explained that I placed and order and it said it was supposed to be ready by a certain time and we've passedthat time. He said that it doesn't account for how busy they are in the restaurant. I counted the tables and there were SEVENpeople at tables. My food didn't make it to my car until 47 minutes after my arrival, 40 minutes after I was told it would bedone. After spending 200.63 with 28.00 of that being a tip; I am livid. But, shame on me because this is my 2nd horribleexperience with them and curbside. Same thing happened in February where it was over a 300.00$ bill and they refused to even letme speak to a manager. When I asked for a manager the host went to get him and I overheard him say "I don't have time for thisshe has to wait"... Well, Chili's you have officially lost me as a customer all together and what I do have time for is to letanyone willing to listen know what a joke that restaurant has become. I never think to take a pic of my food ??????????? but those mini burgers are so delicious? even reheated for breakfast the next... morning ! Went dine in last night( Thibodaux) . They were short staffed but still get 5 stars from me ! Food is delicious andfriendly workers Update: my daughter and I ?dined in? at the Houma location. Just had opened and wasn?t busy , they managed toforget my salad and desert. ???? I was only served my entree and had to ask for the rest of my order . It took awhile before we were even acknowledged/seated. We were there for an hour before we even received our food and we... ordered 2 burgers! There were only a few tables, not busy at all! My friend wanted to eat here so we decided to order the two for $25. It was a lot of food! We ordered the loaded fries, a rib... and steak dinner, and the skillet chocolate chip cookie. I enjoyed my steak; it was cooked how I like it. However, I wasdisappointed with the asparagus I ordered. They didn't snap off the inedible woody ends off the asparagus which is cooking 101.Other than that we enjoyed our meal, and we had a really nice waitress. Read more
The food was great and there was a good bit of variety. The service was great, our waitress was very attentive and always made... sure to keep up with our needs. The food came out within 10-20 minutes after recieving our appatizers and everything was stillhot. Overall 9.5/10 experience. Would 100% recommend. Read more
