Advertised crawfish all the way. Crawfish were not available the day we went. They were in season and would be served later in... the day, but not when we were there. Other customers were disappointed as well. Meal tasted processed and there was nothingspecial about it. Staff was not attentive or courteous. The restaurant was dingy and not pleasing on the inside. Fried shrimp, both regular and popcorn types were delicious. Potato salad very good. Shrimp gumbo good but just a touch spicy.... Not a fan of the shrimp etouffee as it was a bit too much like tomato sauce with shrimp. Husband had broiled fish served overangel hair pasta with a cream sauce that contained shrimp and crawfish...he scraped the plate clean! On the higher end pricewise but portion sizes and overall good food made it worthwhile. I must add that the Cesar dressing served with my salad was notlike any Cesar dressing I ever had before. For the person that works in the area and eats out most workdays this place is an acceptable change of pace for us. However... nothing special here. Waitress was stayed out of the way of the table besides ordering and food runs we didn't see her much. Idon't see me ever recommending this place to anyone unless they to just want a break in routine without horrible disappointment. Read more
