While the wings were great (as always), the service was VERY slow. It took 35 minutes or so for our family of 4 to receive our... food after ordering. Also this location seems to be very downsized for dine in..could be leftover from pandemic times or just acompany decision, but there was not much seating inside and the drink machine was out of drinks. Definitely recommend forpick-up or delivery from Uber eats etc. Only. Read more
Service was terrible. Took 30 minutes just to get our order. Then when looking in bag we were missing half our order. Took... another 10 minutes to get the rest of our food. Flavor was good but wasn?t prepared as I wanted. Won?t be coming back to thislocation. Read more
Placed an order today, spent nearly $70. Our meal was missing the dipping sauce and the carrots. Returned to the store to... request our sauce and the service associate argued and refused to give the dipping sauce for the order. Highly disappointed andwill not return will also tell others who frequent this location to not return as well. Read more
Update: 6/19/22 - We did a take-out order last evening for Father's Day. We ordered online 3 large classic meals and one large... boneless meal. They forgot to put in the boneless meal, which was frustrating because when picking up the order, the ladyrepeated the order and didn't mention the boneless meal. I asked her about it, and she said something like, "Oh yeah, it is inthere." We get home and it is NOT in there. I had to eat my fries quickly so they wouldn't get cold, while I was waiting on thehold for, and talking to, the manager. He acted skeptical when I told him the situation and then said he would make me the orderand it would be ready in 10 minutes. So, I didn't get to eat my food hot, because I had to leave to get them while part of myfamily that was enjoying their meal, and my son, who was just eating his fries (which were in the bag without his bonelesswings). The manager apologized to me before hanging up, but it seemed like an afterthought. I was offered nothing for myinconvenience of driving back up there and back home, eating mine later and colder, and my son watching my other family memberseat. I know to a worker it may not be a big deal, but for our family, it was a big disruption of our Father's Day meal and gamenight. I changed my review from 5 stars to 4 stars, because of this, and also because the wings were not as good this time.(Maybe because they were cold???????) - Rude cashier with poor hygiene - Long wait - Short staffed - Messed up order Upon entering the restaurant you could hear the... employees in the kitchen complaining loudly about being sort staffed and how bad their job sucked... I should?ve just left then. A tatted up lady with questionable hygiene and a black eye asked me if I was eating in or taking it to go? I answered ?diningin?? she rudely said it will be 40-45 minutes for me to get my order because they are short staffed. The order was wrong and itwas a complete awkward dining experience with their constant complaining being heard in the dining room. The workers areunprofessional, rude, and unhygienic, the wait times are long, and the order messed up upon arrival. Take your businesssomewhere else?
