The first thing you notice is the smell of those amazing fries. Everyone knows that they can't be beat anywhere else. The flavor... of wings are nice and have a many different variety available. Google Maps said they were open until 10:00pm. Out the few open places I could drive to before they close, I decided to come... here. I arrived in the cold 35 minutes before closing and tried calling the order in from the parking lot. I could see peopleworking inside but no customers. No one answered the phone, so I walked in. They had 10 people in the kitchen. A young guy toldme they were closed. It was almost 930 but not quite yet. I told him but google says your open until 10:00. He just blinked andmade duhahuhu with his face and nothing to say, just walked away with his head in the mud. Then I remembered last time, a fewweeks before this happened, I arrived about 30-40 minutes before closing and the lights were completely out. I really wonderwhats going on over there? We regularly eat at Wingstops in locations all over Houston. This location though has given us the worst experience, we have had... a good time otherwise in other locations. I asked for more sauce because as you can see all the oil is sitting on top of the"sauce". I was told that this is normal because"mild" is butter based. Ok this looks like the oil wasn't shaken out... In thepicture the actual sauce is by the extra wet "sauce". They are different colors, reason why is because the oil was not shakenout. We have asked for the same order times before without this having to be an issue, so it is safe to say that in thislocation. If you want your wings extra wet, ask for your sauce on the side. This Wingstop is conveniently located in the Indian Village shopping center on Woodlands Parkway and Lake Woodlands. The cashier... was very nice but overwhelmed as it was only her and one other person running the entire store. Two people handling phones, cashregisters, customers, tables and trying to prepare all the food is definitely not enough! If I was a manager at this location Iwould be here and at least taking care of customers orders and registers, but that wasn't the case. Food was ok but not worth$1.00 per wing. Read more
We came here to try the new chicken sandwich. It was actually pretty good. I would recommend the dry rub and not the one with... the sauce. The inside of this place is nasty and needs a cleaning. The bathrooms were horrible omg I almost puked. Their werefeces around the toilet and urine all over the floors. I walked out of the men?s restroom into the women?s only because themen?s restroom was so nasty. The women?s restroom was no better. The health department must not check the cleanliness of theinside. If I would of saw these restrooms prior to me eating my food, I would?ve never ordered. For that reason we will nevercome back again. Management, if your restrooms are that nasty, I know the kitchen and the employees are even nastier. If theywork their during a shift and everyone is in and out of the restroom, just imaging their sanitary competence. Read more
