World?s most incompetent Whataburger. And what?s worse is that no one even seems to care, as there have been so many negative... reviews in the last several months and everything seems just to get worse. The wait time is horrendous, the staff can?t bebothered, the food quality is extremely unreliable, and what few ?improvements? they seem to attempt just make things worse?like having someone stand out to take drive through orders, but they?re far away from a menu, don?t offer a menu, and just walkup to your car and ask what you want. The staff largely makes it clear that they?re not even paying attention, and they show norespect for anyone?s time or wait. There literally aren?t even negative things to be said about this location. Sat in curbside pickup for 25 minutes when app said food would be ready 6 minutes after ordered. Went inside to see what was... the holdup was. Was then told they were out of certain items on the order. No one had come outside to inform me of this. Hadthey, I may have been open to changing the order. Had to get a refund through their online customer service team bc they can'tissue one in store supposedly. If that is the case, it is a terrible practice. The slowness in this store has been an issuefor years. This was the straw that broke the camel's back as I will no longer be frequenting this location. Also will not beusing the app for ordering. We had to move forward and wait 15 min for our food to finishing cooking but when we got the order, the burger and fries were... cold but the apple pie was piping hot. We ordered a salad but did not get a fork or napkins. Oh the Spirt was extremely waterdowned. Read more
Very slow service for being only ones there but good food..
Terrible experience every time I go here. Today was no exception. Forgot fries through the long wait in drive thru and so I... went inside didn?t get noticed by anyone had to tell the kid laughing and joking with coworkers they forgot my fries. Waitedand waited then the lead asked if I had been helped then the other guy remembered to say they forgot my fries. I get a bag andI am glad I checked I paid for a large and they gave me a medium and so I had to go BACK AGAIN to get the corrrct one and theywere cold! Less play time and more work would produce a more efficient store. And have someone paying attention to the front. Read more
That definitely is not a BBQ chicken strip sandwich. I waited 15 extra min to have my order destroyed. I gave one chance to... prove everyone wrong. They were right. Do not recommend this Whataburger location. Read more

The food is great, which is good because the service is often dreadful. Expect 15+ minute wait times. I ordered their smallest... burger and a large drink curbside and it took 25+ minutes past the estimated time and me walking in to get my order. No apology,no comp or consideration, or anything like that. And why would they? This normal for them. Read more
