Gabby was very attentive to detail when making our sandwiches. When went to pay the card machines were down we didn?t quite... enough cash. So she held our sandwiches for us while went to break the large bill we had. She did all this with a smile on herface and still acknowledging other customers since she was the only one working. Went there yesterday after a doctors appointment and the service was horrible. The workers were rude and unprofessional. The... sandwiches were sloppy and done unprofessionally. The bread was undercooked and they were out of certain items. Read more
Went by at about 1 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. The door was locked. One of the employees opened the door and explained that... they were on a "break" and would re-open in 30 minutes. Unbelievable. Read more

I only post this negative review after having been to this store many times. A common theme here is being out of things, which I... see as poor management. Today, 3 of the 6 fountain drink flavors were out. I don't do sugar and Diet Coke is my fountain go to.No Diet Coke. Ok, my only remaining choice is unsweet tea... Empty. So I had ice water. Also, they were out of napkins so theypassed out these coarse paper towels from the washroom dispenser. Lastly, the ladies that run the store during the day are notfriendly. They often chat to each other in Spanish, sometimes forgetting what kind of bread or cheese I ordered and generallymake me feel invisible The best store in the area is the one at Gosling and Research... This place is a health hazard. When I got home I opened my sandwich because it didn't smell right and surely enough the meat was... discoloured and rotten. Contacted the store and they offered 2 excuses, (1) the person who made that was in training (2) themeat wasn't bad it was just dried. It was not dried, it smelled funky. Who was supervising your trainee? Offered a free sandwichreplacement, but I was not willing to risk getting sick. Offered a refund, but not worth the drive there. They did not acceptthe issue and apologize for making people sick. They did not take it seriously. Read more
When your store hours 7am to 10pm then you should be fully operational during those hours. I arrived at 9pm and they had no... American cheese sold me a medium iced tea and then told me there was no more tea as if I was unaware that they are responsibleto brew more tea. They told me that they cannot brew more... we are so sorry!!! No mayo... This place is really rough. The last few times has been really bad in regards to staff and product availability. Two young... ladies working tonight and it was so awkward. They came out of the back when we arrived and it appeared to be grabbing eachother. Out of oil, out of chips, and of oregano, etc?will not be going back to this location for a while.
