Wish I could give zero! I ate here recently and got food poisoning... it was the burger that made me extremely sick.. called to... talk to the manager and the girl on the phone thought it was funny I got sick.. thats ok I called corporate and was informedthis was not a isolated incident. Ordered 2 Sonic Blasts within the last hour of them being open and they were made perfect. Sometimes the mix ins are just placed... on top, but they were all through the cup. Just wanted to shoutout the team tonight! Read more

I ordered through uber and half our order was not included. When i called to handle the lady was rude as hell and said that I... can just come pick up. Needless to say i will never order from them or uber. Ive never had such rude service. Completelydisrespectful. Read more

I hate that im made to choose a star. It helps the trashy restaurant. Today i went to this location. I normally go to one by my... house, Mistake of all mistakes . The girl that came to my car, Kayleigh , was one of the rudest most disrespectful kids I?veever encountered. You see, I was trying to tell her I needed to use two forms of payment and she immediately began talking overme . I was not allowed to complete my sentences. She demanded I give my order back to her immediately !If she had let me speak ,I was 56 cents short on my card. I asked her to wait while I put more money on my card, but she would not shut her little smartmouth for one second. Then the owner/ manager came out . His first words were ? how much cash do you have ? when I said 8 , hedemanded I ? not ever do this again ? I?m the owner and get off my property!? Then he said ? he was calling the police ? wellhonestly this was after I used a few expletives and said some things I deeply regret. They should not treat customers in thismanner . I did not appreciate being spoken to this way. I had the money but was treated like I was trying to pull a heist .Itfelt like I was at a bar fight. Truly , trashy behavior . In my defense , I was overwhelmed at the point I lost my temper.Kayleigh, I?m quite sure did not tell this manager / owner what exactly I said , because she never shut her disrespectful mouth.I will never buy a thing at this location ever .btw I drive away with my chicken sandwiches and they sucked and threw themdirectly into the trash . Have been going to sonic for years. The app wasn't working to order my tea. I asked them to honor the app price and I was told... it was working and the fact that the app wasn't working was my problem not theirs. I asked to speak to the manager and told hewill be available in 10 minutes. Tried to call the store but no answer. This location staff needs help with customer serviceand I won't be coming back. This Sonic has a management/employee issue. It took 25 minutes to get my 2 drinks (unsweetened tea and a cherry limeade) They... had a car hop walk off and instead of informing people that it was going to take a while, they continued taking orders.
