Every Shipley gets 5 stars from me. Cinnamon sugar, cherry iced, white iced, and glazed are my favorites.
What a joke! I just can't back to the US mainland and wanted some quality doughnuts. The cashier was rude and the store was out... of doughnuts across board. What's going on at this store?? Would give 0 stars if possible. I will not go back and will spendmoney elsewhere!! Read more
It's the same cashier that always have a sour attitude, act like she doesn't want to attend customers or do her job. If you... don't like where you work at please find another job that meets your needs. She reminded me why I didnt want to go to thatlocation again a couple of months back. I dont see how a manager over looks how depressing that cashiers attitude is.. I'll goto Starbucks next door. Read more
Great, but just a bit pricey donuts. Especially when you consider the not so great customer service. I've been a customer on and... off for many years, and I could probably count on one hand how many times I was "welcomed" or greeted. I give a tip everytimeanyway, hoping they may appreciate and remember me, but no luck yet...... I will always choose a small "mom & pop" shop over anational chain, only thing that keeps me coming to this location is the convenience next to Starbucks! Read more
Located convenientally in same shopping strip as Starbucks. Ladies are so sweet here. Place is beyond clean. I have to stop here... for my daughter, they're the only place that makes Awesome Bullseye donuts. Read more
The donuts are good here at this Shipley's. The restaurant is clean and the girl working was friendly.
Love the donuts but the cashier put 2 instead of 3 kolaches in the bag and when I went back to get the third she argued with me... about it for a hot minute. I debated just walking out of there without any of my kolaches as she made me get the bag from my carand prove there were only two but still argued with me. Read more
