I normally do not give ratings one way or the other. However , our experience tonight was the worse. First of all I ordered 2... personal pan pizzas., small order of breadsticks, 4 marina sauces, and a brownie. I was told that delivery would be 30 minutes.The total was over $40 . While I thought that was alot for what I ordered,I did not question it. An hour later I get a callfrom the delivery guy who obviously was agitated, asked that I help him get to the right house. After asking him where he was, all he could say is I have no idea I'm just following my GPS. After trying to help him and getting nowhere, I give the phoneto my husband. He tries to help him trying to give him directions , the delivery guy keeps saying I don't know where I am , I amfollowing my GPS. He says I just need you to help me get to your house. Finally my husband just tells him that he will meet himat HEB. When he gets home , the pizzas were not personal pan pizzas, they were small pizzas which explains the high cost andeverything was cold. Ordered 2 melts, 2 pastas, & cheese bread at 8:47. Arrived to the location to get my food at 9:10 when the pizza hut app said it... was ready. The food was not ready. They forgot to make the pastas. I waited until 9:35 my pasta was finally ready, but theyforgot my cheese bread. So I waited another 15 minutes for my bread. Now I am finally home & the food is cold. Terribleexperience, it honestly ruined my evening. I won't be back to this location. Read more

Cook time is generally accurate and I never wait. Nice staff, prompt payment. Pizza is hot and I prefer this location above all... others. Clean and quite nice interior. I generally go for takeout and not delivery, but even with a 20 minute drive the pizzahas been delivered hot and maintains the expected quality. Read more

Ordered some pasta tonight. Paid for 2 chicken Alfredo?s. Didn?t receive them. Called the store and told they?ve been out of... pasta all day. Tried to call us they said. Said you sent us some wings to compensate. Didn?t get any wings. Asked for a refundon the pasta. Told our system can?t do that but we can give you a credit. My bank can get the refund for me then. 2022 and PizzaHut claims their technology can?t refund someone?s order. Why would I want a credit when clearly I won?t be ordering here again.43 bucks is what we just paid for a small pizza and 5 breadsticks. Read more

Once again this Pizza Hut has driven me away from ordering from them. 2 stars because the Edge pizza was awesome, but, once... again got it and it was lukewarm at best. They use door dash for delivery and they have no way to keep a pizza warm, especiallywhen rush hour traffic is on. Will have to return to Marcos. Their pizza is always hot when delivered. Read more

The Pizza and breadsticks were burnt. The Detroit style was full of sauce, they did not put any cheese or Meat.The brownie was... burnt and hard. We ate what was edible and thru the rest in the trash. I tried calling for a remake or refund spent 1hr onhold. Was told they need to get a General Manager involved? If this is not resolved I will never order from them again. Thisis bad customer service period, they mess up my order then make me beg for a remedy? Wow!!! Read more
