I was about to use the app to order and decided I wanted to use my rewards. It reads put the 12 digits off my last receipt down.... I never get a receipt as I always pay online, so I called and was given 8 digits. I told the lady on the phone it won't except 8digits, is there another number somewhere else? She says this is a franchise and we have nothing to do with the app. I said Iuse the Papa John's app to order from y'all all the time. She just repeated herself very coldly and a matter of fact that Icould drive down there and look at it myself. I asked if I could speak with the manager, she said I am the manager. Amazing pizza!! Papa johns does stuffed crust right!! However we had ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño on stuffed crust.... However, instead of satisfyingly crispy pepperonis we were disappointed by then sad limp pepperonis underneath the cheese. Therewere no pepperonis on top of the pizza. I ordered online and don?t think you can specify pepperoni placement, honestly shouldn?thave to. Pepperoni under the cheese is an underwhelming and disappointing waste. Read more
I ordered a cheese pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon bites at 3 pm. The app said it would take 30 minutes but it didn?t arrive... until 5:15. When i opened the pizza box it was a pepperoni pizza and the breadsticks were COVERED in oil. According to thedelivery man, it took so long because they had to remake my order after making the pizza wrong. The cardboard was DRIPPING withoil and I had to throw them away because they were soggy. I called the store and asked for a refund. All I was offered was afree dessert. I FINALLY got my refund after telling them I was not going to pay for food I can?t eat. If I could give this place0 stars I would. All I wanted was my cheese pizza :/ Read more
I ordered one pizza on a Tuesday afternoon at 5:45pm. It is now 8:02pm and I still don?t have my pizza. I called in and they... told me it?s been in route for about 30 Minutes.. I live .3 miles from the shop. Gotta be honest, my hopes of this pizza beingwarm are pretty low. Read more
Still giving Papa one star. Trying to order Pick your Faves and a medium one topping is listed as an item you can purchase.... Unfortunately, there is not an option to add a pizza to your order. This is disappointing to several members of my household.However, I do get to order Brother's Pizza which is a plus for me. Who knows, if Papa keeps messing up maybe my kids will preferBrothers Pizza after having it a few times. Based on taste this would be a four star review. However, since I order from hereweekly and get 2 to 3 inches of crust on every pizza everytime I order I am giving Papa John's one star. One inch of crust isthe standard when making a great pizza. Very disappointed in the pizza I recieved from this location. Order online for in-store pickup. Waited inside for 5 minutes... before I could finally grab someone's attention. My pizza was not done when expected and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes toreceive what I ordered. The pizza was TERRIBLE. The pepperoni pizzas crust was underdone, soggy and not cut through with far toomuch sauce. The pan pizza was a joke. Some pieces didn't have toppings or cheese and the entire thing was charred black on thebottom. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Read more
One Word, Terrible. I order well done pizza and wings, the pizza is doughy, and wings slimy. Customer service is wack, no fast... service or attentive employees, they?ve officially lost a customer. Read more
