The writing is on the wall for this place. Mark my words, it'll be out of business soon if it continues its current trend. My... wife went in to buy a bundtini and took out some cash to pay. Her cash was turned down. The masked up annoyed girl said theydon't accept cash. My wife said to tell management it was her last time at Nothing Bundt Cakes because of this policy. Thegirl seemed annoyed at this point and didn't seem too motivated to tell management, so I'm doing her a favor and lettingmanagement know you have some issues at your store. Customer service isn't the greatest, the cakes don't taste like they didpre-pandemic, the red velvet literally has 2 or 3 chocolate chips in it these days, and the cream always tastes like it's goingbad in short order. Visited this particular location for the first time and the customer service is lacking. Whereas I am satisfied with the quality... of the cake, I am less than impressed in the counter attendant, who did not display a smile or any positive energy. I have never had a gluten-free cake with the moisture, texture, and flavor like a gluten-free bundt cake from Nothing Bundt... Cakes! The frosting?! Wow! I am genuinely hoping they will widen their GF options because they crush the chocolate chip bundtcake! Ordered online couple of days in advance. I specially asked to keep it chilled considering the hot temperatures still when I... picked up it was not chilled at all. When cut it started falling apart. So we decided to keep it back in the fridge after cakecutting ceremony. When got out of the fridge after couple of hours it was still crumbling. Never had this experience before. I placed an order in advanced online, got to the store and it didn't go through. The people were nice and prepared my order in... the spot quickly. I ordered White Chocolate Raspberry and the tag said it is that flavor, but once I gave a slice to everyonethey said it was Lemon (yellow breading on photo). So lucky I didn't take a bite on time when that was figured out because I'mallergic to Citrus Fruits. For the people that ate it said it was too sweet, so not many finished their slices. I was sad to sayI didn't get to enjoy my Birthday cake that I order once a year. This place is about an hour away from me, so haven't been ableto physically make a claim about this mistake.
