Ordered a Biscuit, egg and bacon sandwich. The Bacon was old and stunk so bad I didn't take one bite. When I took it back to... the manager she would not even talk to me. Instead she told one of the counter lady's to help me. This lady told me nothingcould be done and went back to work. They didn't try to help me or refund my money. I would never go back to the McDonald onSawdust Rd in the Woodlands. Bad food and bad management. Read more

Used to be our favorite McDonald's, but something has changed and I believe it is the employees. Fries were always hot and... fresh. Burgers were better than any other McDonald's because they were also hot and fresh. Yesterday's meal was the worstMcDonald's we have had and for the price it was horrible. My daughter had the chocolate milk from her happy meal, and threw it all up. Also: I know McDonald?s pays decently, so why do... you hire employees with sad faces and attitude? Please consider installing robot computers at this location. Maybe then I?llcome back. Read more

The lady who took our order over charged us and charged us for items we didn?t want and when we asked her about it she had an... attitude. We first ordered 3 plain burgers and we switched our mind to 1 burger and she even repeated the order to us but whenwe got to the window and saw the three burgers were charged and asked her why she had the balls to say ?then why did you saythree???. like not only did you repeat back to us what we said but you have an attitude about a mistake? and when we got homeand looked more on the receipt we saw that we did in fact tell her the changes but instead of getting rid of the prior order sheadded the changes on top of that and made us spend an extra $10. I hope the manager sees this and speaks to the lady working thewindow at 5:30. I believe her name is Sidel. you can see the receipt and proof that we told her what we wanted changed becauseshe charged us for ALL of it not just what we wanted in the end. disappointing. Read more
