I would like to leave a review and say I am pleased with the overall customer service at this specific location. Neil, Isabella... and savannah were quick to serve Me, my son and my girlfriend and as we began to sit down my son threw a complete fit and theywere just completely generous and came out of their way by helping him calm down by offering him stickers and a little spoonthat he was completely fascinated with. These 3 specific employees are true solid assets to this company and its people likethese that make me want to be a repeat customer. I come here every month or so with kids. The prices look high but they are very generous with the helpings. I stopped going to... Coldstone because they started skimping, not here. I typically don?t tip for these kinds of services but the experience isalways so good I dont ever have a problem leaving a few extra bucks. Read more

One of the best ice cream places here in The Woodlands! I also love the fudge brownies from here. They are very chocolaty and... soft. I like that you can choose from a bunch of ingredients, nuts, cookies and candies to put on your ice cream. Then they mixthem together. They have the prepared ice-cream cakes as well. They also have a variety of cookies and they are delicious. Myfavorite is the Birthday Cake Cookie. The do the big cookies with different decorations on it. I just visited this location and The girls behind the counter are the sweetest! The store is super clean, stocked and well taken... care of! We got Ice Cream on this very hot day here in TX and it was amazing! I know right now a lot of people have nothingbetter else to do doing Corona than complain about businesses who are trying their best to server their community. Every time I've tried to order a banana split they said they're out of bananas. Store is next door to Kroger, worse case... scenario. This time they have bananas I ask for a banana split. I asked for two vanilla scoops and one strawberry. She puts abanana in the middle and puts the scoops on top pops on a spoon then hands it to me. I ask can I get whipped cream orstrawberries?? She pours whip on top and turns to the older girl and asks if they have strawberries. She replied "yeah, but youhave to cut 'em." So she hands it to me and says they're out of strawberries. I ask for pineapples?? None of that either. As theother girl comes to help her ring up she says it's a banana split and the other girl even asks where is the banana?? This is my$6.99 banana split.
