While the food is extremely tasty there needs to be a class on customer service and English spoken and understood. In the... exchange of money for payment the customer gives you the money in your hand? Ok now when the change is due I don't think it'sproper to place it on the counter expecting the customer pick up or rake up their monies. Like I said the food is great a bitpricey but it's worth it. This place is terrible. I went there for some kolaches and the lady who helped me was a bit rude. Then when I completed my... order, it was time to pay. I asked where is the contactless payment option and she said we don't have that. Ok, I understandthat not every establishment offers this option but the door had TWO stickers displaying this option. After I payed I asked whoher manager was (english and spanish) she said I don't know. So I asked for their number and she said it's on the receipt, butshe didn't give me one. So she circled and gave it to me. This is a bit weird and bit of a let down... I understand that severalplaces don't offer this option but if you advertise this then you should. After all we are trying to keep everyone safe from thevirus that has killed several people. Any other day this wouldn't have bothered me but her entire attitude and approach of thisinstance was subpar. I don't recommend this place unless you want to get service with a side of terrible attitude. Read more
The food is never fresh. They always have to microwave it for you, and I always have to ask them to microwave it a second time... because if I don't then only half of the food is hot and the middle is ice cold. I also think they use way too much bread fortheir food. Read more
It was good. You can never go wrong with kolaches. The spinach one wasn?t that good.
The Kolaches are fresh and reasonable priced. Great place for a quick morning bite. My favorite is the Jalapeno Popper!... Definitely recommend Kolache Factory in Spring, TX Read more
